  1. Sign a service agreementwith us.
  2. Pay a deposit and provide the following documents for processing your Australian instituteapplication:
  • A scanned copy of your passport.
  • Scanned copies of your and your parents’ ID cards (both sides).
  • Scanned copy of notarised primary, secondary, high school, or university graduation certificates (including English translations).
  • Scanned copy of notarised primary, secondary, high school, or university transcripts (including English translations).
  • If currently studying, provide a proof of enrolment (including English translation) and a scanned copy of transcripts for completed subjects.
  • Language proficiency test scores – The provided language test scores must be valid within 2 years before the visa application submission or approval. Some student visa applicants are exempt from providing language test scores, such as those holding passports from the UK, USA, Canada, New Zealand, South Africa, or Ireland, or who have studied in these countries for over 5 years.
  1. After the school admission process is completed, pay the remaining balance and provide additional materials for the student visa application:
  • A clear copy (including English translation) of each page of the household register notaris
  • Scanned copies of standard photos.
  • Scanned copy of birth certificate notarized (including English translation).
  • Proof of funds – Student visa applicants need to demonstrate that funds cover: i. Travel expenses ii. Daily expenses for the visa applicant for one year iii. First-year tuition fees or annual income

 

Regarding Genuine Temporary Entrant (GTE) Requirements: The Visa Office will consider the applicant’s genuine intentions based on personal circumstances, including:

  1. Why do you want to study this particular field?
  2. Why choose Australia over your home country for studying?
  • Your background?
  1. Your future career plans? Where do you plan to develop?
